Virtual Individual Therapy
There is no one-size-fits all approach to psychotherapy, and at Ebb & Flow, you'll receive a therapeutic treatment plan that is as unique as you are! Together, we will pull from a blend of modern and evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused and Somatic-based therapies to best address your specific mental health needs and goals.
I use a trauma-, attachment- and gender-informed approach to help you tackle your concerns at the root and to encourage whole-person healing. My aim is to help educate and guide you through the therapeutic process in a way that is thoughtfully intentional, understandable and recreatable: if you're looking to hear 'how does that make you feel?' for 50-minutes a week, then I'm probably not the therapist for you, but if you're looking to challenge yourself and to lean into the messy process of growing through life, then I'm happy to provide you with a safe and compassionate space to do it in.
When you're ready, we will explore your personal experiences, beliefs and behaviours in a way that emphasizes your strengths, enhances your skillset, and empowers your autonomy. Jumping into therapy is hard; it requires a level of bravery, vulnerability and self-preservation that many will fortunately never need to understand. But for those who do, I see you, and I'm ready to begin when you are.

Virtual Cycle-Synced Therapy
For menstruating women who would like to harness a cycle-informed approach to their healing, Ebb & Flow is proud to offer a therapeutic experience that is intimately synced to your natural rhythms.
This service offers complementary and collaborative menstrual cycle tracking and aims to craft your treatment plan in a way that is designed to ebb and flow with you throughout each phase of your cycle, accounting for changes in things like your mood and energy levels throughout the month.
Emphasizing psychoeducation, de-stigmatization and the mind-body connection, this approach is intended to address your personal mental health needs in a way that honours, supports and leverages the inherent wisdom of a woman’s body.
This doesn't mean that your therapy experience centres solely around your hormones or your menstrual cycle; it simply adds an additional, much-needed layer of context to understanding and approaching the mental health and wellbeing of women. You aren't the same every day of the month; your therapy shouldn't be, either.
